MAKE YOURSELF A WARM, HEALTHY SOUP TO WARD OFF THE AUTUMN CHILLS!
Pumpkin soup recipe (made easy….)
- Bring 1.5 litres of water to the boil.
- Place diced pumpkin and potato in the boiling water.
- Add garlic and stock cubes and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- 4. Blend soup.
- Return to pan, add cooking cream and stir.
- 6. Gently reheat and serve.
