Pumpkin soup recipe (made easy….)                                     

Method                                           

  1. Bring 1.5 litres of water to the boil.
  2. Place diced pumpkin and potato in the boiling water.
  3. Add garlic and stock cubes and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Blend soup.
  5. Return to pan, add cooking cream and stir.
  6. 6. Gently reheat and serve.
