Mary Matts was the speaker at the November meeting of the JSH Gardening Club. Her talk entitled ‘Wild Flowers and Waterways’ was excellent. She took us through the year showing trees, shrubs and plants that appear beside the water but also have related plants in our own gardens.
The December meeting on Thursday 13th at 2pm will have a seasonal theme.
Looking forward, the January meeting on Thursday 10th will welcome Christopher Margrave, the Head Gardener at Clumber Park Walled Garden.
