John Storer Charnwood Community Transport

Our Community Transport scheme provides a range of services for people who find it difficult or are unable to use public transport due to disability, age, or location. Journeys are subsidised through funding from Leicestershire County Council, helping us keep travel affordable for those who need it most.

The relationships built between our drivers and passengers are an important part of what we offer. For many people, our drivers are the first friendly face they see each morning. Each passenger is welcomed with patience, respect, and understanding, and our drivers take the time to recognise individual needs and routines. This personalised support helps people feel confident and comfortable when leaving their homes..
