VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY – VISTA DIGITAL DYNAMOS
During the last 3 years the need to have access to the digital world has become very important for all of us and especially those who may be isolated and who are disadvantaged. Vista Digital Dynamos are looking for volunteers in your area, who have experience with technology, especially mobile devices and computers, who would like to teach people with sight loss how to use accessibility settings and features along with specialist software to reduce digital exclusion and isolation. We need our volunteers to be over 18 and who agree to a DBS check. We offer ongoing training, support and will meet reasonable travel costs.
Skills or Qualities Needed for the Role:
Experience with technology, especially mobile devices and computers.
Weekdays: Weekday mornings, Weekday afternoons
Weekends: Weekend mornings
Practical considerations:
All applicants must be over 18. Undergo a full DBS and a full days training.
