To celebrate Carers Week 2019, Loughborough Soroptimists have kindly offered to host an Afternoon Tea for our Well-being Support Groups in the Fielding Room at John Storer House on Tuesday 11th June from 2.30pm – all group members are very welcome. The Afternoon Tea will take the place of the regular June meetings of the Loughborough and Shepshed groups.
Loughborough Well-being Support Group normally meets on the first Tuesday of the month at John Storer House from 1.30-3pm, next meeting Tuesday 2nd July.
Shepshed Well-being Support Group normally meets on the third Thursday of each month at various local venues for Lunch, next meeting Thursday 18th July.
If you are a carer, former carer, living alone or with a disability, please talk to Joanne or Karen if you would like to join the Loughborough or Shepshed Well-being Group.
Trinity Lunch Club (TLC) is a group for people living in the Barrow area and affected by dementia and memory loss themselves or as a carer and/or partner. There is now a waiting list for this group, but please talk to Joanne or Karen if you or someone you know might like to attend. Our next meeting will be on Thursday 20th June 2019 at Trinity Church Rooms, Barrow On Soar.
